Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our chemical products, all sales are generally considered final once an order has shipped.

We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products due to a change of mind.

Unopened and unused products may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery with prior approval. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging, if available

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping or processing for fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

For preorders, customers may request cancellation before shipment, subject to applicable laws and the shipping commitments made at checkout.

Return Shipping

For safety reasons, do not ship chemical products back without authorization from our team.

Any approved return must follow our instructions and applicable shipping regulations.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
