Thank you for shopping with Nanner Peel Mad Scientist! We work hard to ensure your products are packaged securely and shipped as efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received, subject to product availability.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, and inventory availability.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the products ordered, quantities, destination, and available shipping methods.

Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Multiple items may require separate packages and additional shipping charges, which will be disclosed for approval before shipment if not already included at checkout.

3. Additional Shipping Charges & Remote Locations

Shipping rates displayed at checkout are based on the shipping information available at the time of purchase.

Certain destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and remote or rural locations, may have higher shipping costs.

In some cases, the actual shipping cost may exceed the amount originally collected at checkout.

If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact the customer before shipping the order to explain the difference.

Customers will have two options:

1. Approve and pay the additional shipping cost to proceed with the order.

2. Cancel the order and receive a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

No additional shipping fees will be collected without the customer's approval.

If we cannot reach the customer or obtain approval, the order may be canceled and fully refunded, subject to applicable shipping-delay and refund requirements.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and service selected.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, and other unexpected circumstances may affect delivery.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe promised, we will notify you and provide applicable options to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.

5. Preorders & Backorders

Products marked as preorder or backorder will ship according to the estimated shipping timeframe provided on the product listing or at checkout.

Preorder shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, inventory, or fulfillment delays.

If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and given the opportunity to accept a delay or cancel for a refund as required by law.

6. Bulk Orders & Freight Shipping

Large-volume orders, including 55-gallon drums and other bulk quantities, may require freight shipping.

Freight shipping costs are quoted separately based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including whether the destination is residential or commercial and whether a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service is required.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Liftgate service

• Residential or limited-access delivery

• Redelivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts

• Incorrect delivery information

• Special handling or unloading requirements

Applicable charges will be disclosed in advance when reasonably known. Additional charges arising from incorrect information or unavailable unloading equipment may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive the shipment.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Nanner Peel Mad Scientist products are shipped only to destinations supported by our available carriers and applicable shipping regulations.

Certain locations may be restricted due to product classification, packaging requirements, or carrier limitations.

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped to the requested destination.

International shipping availability, if offered, will be subject to destination-specific requirements, customs regulations, and applicable fees.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Additional shipping or redelivery fees resulting from customer-provided address errors may be the customer's responsibility.

Any additional charges requiring payment will be communicated to the customer for approval.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Leaking Packages

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or with missing contents, please contact us promptly.

If possible, provide your order number and photographs of the package and affected items.

For your safety, do not handle leaking products without appropriate precautions. Follow the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) instructions.

We will investigate delivery issues and work toward an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can help investigate.

10. Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Any applicable refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Chemical products must not be returned without prior authorization and shipping instructions.
